Questions & answers
Details and examples for Implementation
- You can ask your programmer to integrate ozma.io with your system. This is a free option, but it requires some technical knowledge. Your programmer will need to write SQL queries and JavaScript code for automation.
- If you don't have a programmer, we will gladly help you connect with one of our partners. They will assist you in integrating ozma.io with your system and customizing it to suit your needs.
- For some companies, it is more convenient to create a unique system from scratch using the ozma.io platform. This option is more expensive, but it allows you to get a system that is tailored to your needs. The cost of this service depends on the complexity of the task, the number of hours spent on it, and the size of the partner's team.
- Feel free to contact us if you have any questions. We will be happy to find the best partner to implement ozma.io for you.
Examples for Cloud licenses
- You can use ozma.io with 5 users for free. However, you still need to complete the implementation, which we describe below.
- Alternatively, you can start with 5 users for free, and after finishing the implementation, add 6 more users from the second department. This will result in a total cost of 6+5 = 11 users * $30 = $330 per month. The implementation process is separate and described below.
- Later, when you have confirmed that ozma.io is truly beneficial for your company, you can opt to pay for the entire year in advance and receive a discount: 6+5 = 11 users * $25 * 12 months = $3,300 per year.
- If you have more than 200 users, you can contact us, and we will provide you with a special offer.
Details and examples for Installing the system on your server
- This option is suitable for companies that have their own IT department and want to maintain full control over the system. Examples of such companies include banks and insurance firms.
- If you have 100 users, you will need 100 user licenses and 1 server license. For the first year, you will pay for 100 users at $500 each, totaling $50,000, plus $8,000 for the server license, which equals $58,000. For the second and subsequent years, you will pay $4,000 for the server license and $250 per user for the 100 user licenses, amounting to $25,000. In total, this comes to $29,000 per year.
- You will have the option to stop paying. However, in this case, you will not have access to system updates.
